In the summer, the logia is the centre piece of the house. It is located between the kitchen and the living room.
The wood oven will give you a unique experience of home made pizzas or Tuscan grillades.
The house is surrounded by vineyards and the logia has a view on the Villa and the chapel.
The lower part of the house and the pool are accessed from outside.
There is also a second small kitchen to serve the pool area and the garden terrace at the back.
The dining table can accommodate 8/10 people.
The elegant octogonal pool is set in a beautiful garden surrounded by vineyards.
The luminous living room is very cosy and has a big fire place to enjoy cooler evenings in the autumn or winter.
The main kitchen is between the logia and the winter dining room.
The luminous rooms all have shutters for those who want to enjoy a morning snooze.
The beds are comfortable and can be made twins or matrimonial according to your needs.
Three of the five rooms enjoy and en suite bathroom, while the other two share this bathroom.
